THE CHALLENGE
Building a sustainable YouTube audience without a media network or budget is one of the hardest tasks in the digital space. The challenge was to establish an educational channel in a competitive niche and adapt to changing platform algorithms over a decade without losing the core community.
THE SOLUTION
THE RESULT
The channel grew to over 100,000 subscribers and generated more than 26 million organic views. It opened doors to traditional media appearances (e.g., Galileo/ProSieben) and proved that I can build and monetize an audience from zero—a key asset when advising clients on their growth strategies.
